AOP Mixtape #3 - TROY DEFOUR, CYCLE 11 COMPOSERS & THE VOICE LIBRETTIST FELLOW

The music included in this playlist gets me through day to day work & life, keeping me inspired and ignited to create and write. It also reflects the capabilities of the African North American voice, influences from artists of my west-Indian heritage that I grew up listening to, and moments from classical operatic and modern musical theatre works I adore. I enjoy content that exudes moral messaging that truly speaks to me, unapologetic candour in lyric or a piece where the music and moment has moved me.”

AOP Mixtape #2 - JOHN HUME’S “Here’s to the divas that belt” an AOP Mixtape

A special mixtape dedicated to all the beautiful musical divas through the ages who like to belt one out now and again. They are my kind of ladies. Ill drink to that! Special thanks to Nicholas for track selection styling. And as always, thanks to Mila. You’re the music that makes me dance.

AOP Mixtape #1 - ASHLEY SOLIMAN (Terrible Boogie)

Where it all started. The first AOP Mixtape from March 16, 2020. The genius behind the Mixtape images (including Mx. Mixtape!).

Sounds for self-isolation, social distancing, and general malaise… xoxo Terrible Boogie
